To create tickets on laptop or desktop 


  •  Go to: maintenance.srvusd.net
  •  Login with your SRVUSD District credentials. 
  • (Users outside the SRVUSD Active Directory, will need to register with their information)
  •  Once signed in, this will bring you to the work order systems “Dashboard”.
  •  To create a ticket, click on the “+New” button in the top right corner.


  •  Once you click on the “+New” button this will drop down a menu.
  • Under “Tickets”, click on: “Incident”


  •  Once you have clicked on “Incident”, this will bring you to the “Submit a Ticket” page.
  •  From here, you will fill out everything that has a red asterisk (*)


  •  Once you have filled out all the necessary and required information, click on the “Save” button to enter in your maintenance work order request.
  • This will send the work order request to your sites designated work order approver.


**NOTE: You MUST fill out anything that has an asterisk next to it, if you do not, the system will not let you enter in the work order request**
