Setting up the Fresh Service App on Your Apple or Android for Maintenance

First, find the Fresh Service App on your Apple ITunes
App Store or Android Google Play Store & download/install the free app.
Once downloaded, click on the app icon on your phone.
1. When you
pull up the app, it will ask you to enter in the URL which you will type in:
· maintenance.srvusd.net
·
Then click “Next”
2. Then you
will enter in your district email:

DistrictEmail@srvusd.net
·
Then click “Next”
3. Then you
will fill in your district password for your active directory email sign-in:

ABC123!
·
Click “Next” and this should set you up on the app and
take you to the systems maintenance dashboard where you can view/submit your maintenance tickets.
